This past weekend, the team from Bubble Gum Interactive were at GAME – a three day game festival celebrating the games industry held at Macquarie University. The event saw many debates, presentations and demonstrations on topics such as games based learning, the role of video games in entertainment and the arts as well as the business of games and the political environments that affect the games industry.
We were very happy to take part in the GAME On Indie Game showcase alongside our local peers. Members of the public got to see Little Space Heroes in action and playtest the game in real-time with other kids playing from around the world. We also got to talk to people about how we developed Little Space Heroes and explain how a virtual universe is continually updated and delivered as an ongoing always-evolving safe and fun social gaming experience.
As always, we enjoyed hearing what kids and parents thought of the game. If you’ve yet to play Little Space Heroes you can blast off for adventure now at www.littlespaceheroes.com.
